Shipping and Returns
We want you to love our products as much as we love making them.
Incorrect, damaged, or missing order? Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with something you've purchased & we will gladly make it right. We cannot accept returns after 7 days & a processing and restocking fee may apply.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage due to shipping. DO NOT throw anything away. We will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.
We are human and sometimes we may make a mistake. If you find that we mis-shipped an item, please let us know right away so we can fulfill your order correctly. You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.
Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.
Note: DO NOT throw out packaging or the product in question, please take pictures of any concerns, and contact us immediately. We cannot assist with issues/concerns if the product is no longer in your possession.
1. Please allow 5-7 Business days for our handmade products to ship
2. Return Shipping- if an order is returned to Caviar Bubbles Warehouse a restocking fee of $14.99 will be applied.
3. Reshipment- If product is reshipped due to customer error (wrong address provided) allow10 business days for product to be returned to warehouse before reshipment is sent. A $14.99 processing fee will be applied and $9.99 for reshipping
