Return Policy

We are here to help you find products that are a perfect fit for your skin, well-being & lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase due to the products being used for Skincare and Bath Enhancement all sales are final, unless product is damaged during shipping. Contact Customer Service for assistance contact must be made within 3 days of delivery. 




If you would like to return or exchange a damaged item purchased online, please contact Customer Support to initiate your return/exchange at and put "Damaged" in subject line. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you. If the product is damaged due to customer negligence (example the product melts due to being left outside after shipment.etc.) a 25% discount will be offered and a reship fee of $7.99 is charged on all reship orders. It is important that you contact Customer Support before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.


2. If your package doesn't arrive

 Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 14-day return/exchange policy time-frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.


Shipping Policy

1. Please allow 3-5 Business days for products to ship

2. Return Shipping- if an order is returned to Caviar Bubbles Warehouse a reship fee of $7.99 will be applied.

3. Reshipment- If product is reshipped due to customer negligence a 25% discount will be offered and a $7.99 reshipment fee
